The Springhill Neighborhood is in Niwot Colorado which is part of unincorporated Boulder County. The subdivision originally was ranchland. The Springhill Homeowners Association (HOA) was incorporated in 1988 and consists of 54 properties which were developed between 1988 and 1994.
Springhill is located south of Niwot Road and east of the Diagonal Highway. It is approximately equidistant from Boulder and Longmont.
Springhill is short walk away from old town Niwot and the Cottonwood Plaza which have a variety of retail outlets and restaurants.
The spacious single family residential properties are bordered by open space that is owned and maintained by the HOA. The neighborhood has direct access to a network of beautiful trails that are maintained by Boulder County which can be used for hiking, biking, and running.
